Additional Information
Our school was started by Rabbi Tirzah Firestone 19 years ago. We welcome interfaith and blended families, and we are LGBT friendly.  The school is open to all – membership in the Nevei Kodesh Congregation is not required (although we do recommend it!).

The Mission of the Nevei Kodesh Religious School: Nevei Kodesh’s community school provides a vessel for children and their families to learn the foundations of Jewish tradition and ritual while building a strong Jewish identity via personal experience, study, and community.  Through a creative, progressive and contemplative program, we build connection to sacred text and Jewish practice, while supporting the development of our children as responsible Jewish young adults through B’nai Mitzvah and beyond.
