Our bodies are portals to Hashem. Just as the Israelites prepared themselves in order to meet with Hashem at Mt. Sinai and receive the Torah, this dance journey will guide us deeply into our full-bodied
connection with the Divine. Simple rhythm and breath will move us into clear, open, and quiet states. Dance for every body will be our doorway into this profound holiday of "Kabbalat Torah," receiving
Revelation anew. Come prepare for Shevuot with your entire self!
NO PRIOR DANCE EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY! This program is for every body! Melissa Michaels is a profound teacher of dance and a master ritual leader (and long time member of NK!) She will guide us to move at the level that is appropriate for each of us.

ALL PROFIT WILL BE USED TO SUPPORT A MIDDLES EASTERN YOUTH LEADER seeking to attend Surfing the Creative(R), an International Youth Rites of Passage Program here in Colorado. Over the past four years, 7 young people from Israel, Palestine, and Jordan have participated in this program here in Boulder. Many are now building bridges in their home countries incorporating these embodied pathways for peace. (For more information, please visit: www.goldenbridge.org.
