Rabbi Search Committee Update

We are happy to let you know that the Rabbi Search Committee (RSC) is up and running. In addition to committee co-chairs David Simon and Robin Youngelman, members are:

We are excited about the breadth of expertise and representation that this group brings to the search and very grateful to everyone who expressed interest in joining. 

Our next step is to interview a representative group of key stakeholders to identify the essential qualities required in our future Rabbi—both in terms of spiritual leadership and the ability to work successfully within our unique congregation. We will present these preliminary themes to the full membership in late March for your review and input. Our intent is to ensure that the final criteria used in our search are shaped by the collective vision of our entire community.
