Please join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating Four Worlds Shabbat. We will use a combination of breathing, Jewish meditation, gentle movement for anyBODY and using intention and visualization with yoga nidra*. Yoga nidra is not about the poses of yoga. It is an extremely relaxing guided meditation done lying down or sitting in a chair. This experiential practice will allow you to traverse the Four Worlds of body, mind, heart and soul.
Please have a mat, blanket and pillow for the yoga nidra practice. You must register with Tracy for the zoom link.
To register, and receive the zoom link, or for more information, contact tracypatch@gmail.com
*Visit www.gentlewisdomyoga.com for testimonials and information on this powerful practice.
