Join Jenna Zadaka for a 4-week embodiment series through the Hebrew month of Elul, the final month of the Hebrew calendar that invites us to soften, forgive, and prepare for the new year ahead.

This sacred portal invites us into Teshuva: Returning to our authentic self. This series will offer Elul-inspired yoga, Jewish meditation, and Torah learning focused on this auspicious month for Cheshbon HaNefesh (Accounting of the Soul).
