A Special Shabbat Service with Rabbi David Zaslow and Devorah Zaslow

Reb David will be leading a service for us that will start just minutes after the end of Hanukkah. We’ll still be basking in the spiritual radiance of the  the deeper meaning of Hanukkah has been seeping into our souls for the past eight days. Plus our souls will be anticipating up the upcoming solstice. We’ll be experiencing the balance between light and dark on this very special erev Shabbat so let’s come to gather to sing and pray together.

 

Rabbi David Zaslow, musician, poet,  and congregational rabbi with a great sense of humor, is the author of Reimagining Exodus: A Freedom Story, a scholarly attempt to bridge the gap between different faith traditions and Ivdu et Hashem B'Simcha, a Jewish Renewal Siddur. His wife Devorah is a storyteller and writer, who wrote the memoir Bringing Bubbe Home.   This virtual service is free and open to the public.
