High Holy Day Tzedaka Funds
High Holy Day Tzedakah: If not now, when?
Below are the funds we are supporting this year in 5786/2025.
Please fill out the form below or mail us a check.
Nevei Kodesh:
Giving generously to Nevei Kodesh allows our congregation to serve you and one another by helping us fulfill our essence: heartfelt, transformational Judaism. Nevei Kodesh creates the kind of Judaism that so many long for – spiritual, inclusive, egalitarian, embodied, and full of joy. Your generous gift serves to strengthen our community to ensure a vibrant Jewish future for all.
Colorado Feeding Kids:
Colorado Feeding Kids is an all-volunteer non-profit organization based in Denver, Colorado, whose mission is to provide nutritious food to impoverished people in Colorado. They have packed and given away over 9.5 million meals to the hungry since 2007. They donate their meals to Colorado food banks, faith communities, and school backpack programs here in Colorado. They have also given meals to cities that have been affected by natural disasters. In 2023, they donated food to the firefighters and victims of the Boulder Marshall Fire. Your contributions will go directly to sponsoring a Nevei Kodesh meal packing event, which all will be invited to participate in.

Gaza Soup Kitchen:
As part of the Jews for Food Aid for People in Gaza High Holidays Tzedakah Campaign, we are supporting this important effort. Born from a vow to ensure that no neighbor goes hungry, Gaza Soup Kitchen is a grassroots initiative led by the people of Gaza, serving hot meals to thousands daily across 10 kitchen sites.
The High Holidays Campaign aims to raise $180,000 for Gaza Soup Kitchen to ensure this vital feeding program can continue operations every day of aseret yimei teshuvah, the ten days of repentance. The cost of Gaza Soup Kitchen’s operations is $15,000 per day to run seven kitchens throughout Gaza. Your donations provide nourishing meals, essential supplies, and dignity to families in Gaza who are facing hunger, displacement, and despair.
