April 30th, Sound Healing and Ana B'Koach Chant:
Led by Hazzan Shayndel Adler

Shabbat morning, April 30th will be on the 14th day of the count of the omer, the day of Malchut ShebeGevurah. (Day of G-d's Expression in the World/Shechinah/Sovereignty within the week of Strength/Discipline/Justice/Courage).

What to expect? Lie down in the comfort of your own home, login to the magical zoom portal and allow the mystical chant, Ana B'Koach help to 'untie our knots/ take us out of these chains of fate' during this time of the counting of the omer. The chant will flow in and out of the vibrational healing waves of Himalayan singing bowls and other instruments (lyre, Native American flute, drum and more). Reb Zalman's original chanting of Ana B'Koach will also be included.

'Ana B'Koach' represents the seven sefirot and figures a symbolic ascent of Divine energy from a lower plane to a higher one; movement from one realm of reality into another. The prayer itself is considered to be one long name of G-d.

The Himalayan bowls contain seven sacred metals that align with the seven creative planets and the seven chakras of the body. Their meditative frequencies and healing properties accompany and entrain the sacred text of Ana B'Koach chant to a very deep level of our beings.
