Join together for an embodied and authentic practice to start off your Shabbat morning. A time to drop into yourself and into the spaciousness of the day. Come connect with each other as we move through different practices to align with our Self and the Divine. This time is loosely based on the traditional Shabbat morning service, and if you are looking for something traditional, this is not the service for you. Please note, there will be a 15 min silent meditation as a part of this offering. All are welcome!
