We are thrilled to announce that Jenna Zadaka will be offering Sacred Time Yoga for us, weaving together embodied postures and Torah teachings to absorb the wisdom and energy of the Hebrew months. Jenna has taught Kabbalah and Jewish Mysticism from an embodied, feminine perspective for the last 15 years. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes for movement. All levels are welcome!
