This is a four-part class offered Wednesdays
from Feb 23rd - March 16th.
The Four Worlds are akin to four different aspects of our being – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. We are each more comfortable in some of the worlds than in others. In this class, we will engage with Hassidic teachings to learn about the nuances of the Four Worlds, and experience Jewish practices to help us explore how we relate to each world, and how we can strengthen our connection. This will help us be more aligned with our true authentic selves and our Divine Source, and increase our strength and resilience in this often challenging world.
Practices will include journaling, short guided meditations, and intentional doodling. Intentional Doodling is a type of doodling that frees up both halves of the brain. It helps you access deep insights from your inner self, increases creative thinking, and helps create a state of flow. No artistic talent or skill is required. You don't even have to consider yourself creative (though everyone is creative in their own way!)
This class is open to all people. No prior knowledge of Hebrew or Kabbalah is needed. Drop-ins welcome.
Cost Per Class is $10 for members and $14 for guests
This class will be offered through Zoom.
