Mussar teachings and practices transform emotional reactivity patterns that harden and close our hearts, cause suffering for ourselves and others, and obstruct our connection with the Source of Life. In this series, through study and practice of the soul qualities (middot) of silence, patience, humility, order, compassion, trust, and truth(fulness) we will sensitize ourselves to the closure process and cultivate the art of transmuting negative emotional energies into raw life energy for the good of others and the world. Wisdom teachings from depth, transpersonal, somatic, Buddhist, and yoga psychology will be used to supplement traditional Mussar. *All levels of experience with Mussar welcome.           If you have any questions, please contact Jason directly at jasonappt@gmail.com
