Counting the Omer: A Journey Towards Wholeness through Mussar with Maggid Charna

The seven weeks between Passover and Shavuot are a call to raise our awareness and engage in Mussar work, aka personal development work.

This active engagement of character development is an important part of Jewish tradition. The invitation is to move away from constriction in our tight narrow places - toward our capacity to receive insights from the depths of our Being. This sacred time invites us to sink our roots deeply into the tradition, as we raise up sparks of love, life, and light to inspire us.

This prepares us for Shavuot – the Festival where we celebrate our receiving of Torah at Sinai. In this workshop we will deepen our connection to the Kabalistic Tree of Life from an experiential point of view. We will work with text study, meditation, contemplation, and movement.
