What to know about High Holy Days at Nevei Kodesh
Parking: There are many available parking spots in the open lot behind Nevei Kodesh (north of the building). In addition, there is street parking on the surrounding streets. Thank you for being respectful to our neighbors.
Registration: Members of Nevei Kodesh attend High Holy Days free of charge. We ask that guests pay for our service offerings. These tickets help to offset our costs to create spiritually uplifting High Holy Day services for you and your family, from the flowers at the bimah, the round challah at Rosh Hashanah, to compensating our incredible musicians and service leaders and everything in between.
We do not turn away due to lack of funds. Please contact us if this is the case for you. We will be glad to ensure you can attend our services.
Our strong preference is for everyone to register in advance. If you need assistance in registering, please call our office at 303-443-4567 or email admin3636@neveikodesh.org. If you register in advance we will be expecting you and will have a name badge prepared for you at the tables nearest the entrance.
We will have onsite registration as well and can accept credit cards, checks, cash, and Venmo.
Childcare: We are glad to again offer childcare at High Holidays free of charge to ALL. Please sign your child/ren up when registering, even if they might attend - we know kiddos sometimes like to move back and forth during these long days - so we have an accurate count.
Attire: On Yom Kippur we traditionally wear white and also refrain from wearing leather if possible, but your attendance is more important than what you wear. Our community generally dresses casually festive and for comfort.
High Holidays Community Food Share Food Drive: Participate in this important local Jewish community mitzvah You’ll find a round bin in our lobby, ready to receive your non-perishables. Be mindful of expiration dates. Bring your food items or make a donation to Community Food Share.
Covid Protocols: Masking in the building is optional.
We look forward to seeing you!
