Seudah Shlishit

Saturday, May 16, 2020 22 Iyyar 5780

7:00 PM - 9:00 PMSocial Hall

Relishing the last hours of Shabbat together as the light wanes, the tradition of celebrating a “third meal” (“seudah shlishit”) allows us to connect to the highest levels of the Divine, embroidered with Torah teachings, songs, and the joy of community.  Seudah Shlishit is said to be the holiest time of Shabbat, and this simple potluck gathering allows us to access that grace in an informal, relaxed, community setting.  Our evening concludes with havdallah, as we complete the Sabbath and welcome the new week. Please bring a vegetarian or pescatarian dish to share.
