Sound Healing Shabbat
Saturday, February 25, 2023 • 4 Adar 5783
11:00 AM - 12:30 PMSanctuary
Sound Healing Shabbat is a devotional davvenen flow, interwoven with the vibrational healing waves of Himalayan singing bowls and other instruments.
The Himalayan bowls contain seven sacred metals that align with the seven creative planets and the seven chakras of the body. Their meditative frequencies and therapeutic attributes accompany and entrain our prayers into a very deep level of our beings while rippling forth into the universe.
Bring a yoga mat/sleeping pad, pillow and blanket as you’ll be invited to make yourself comfortable to relax into the experience.
This will be in-person only and will not be zoomed.
Led by Hazzan Shayndel Adler, (who in addition to being Nevei's Family Life Director/Hazzan is also a certified sound and vibrational healing practitioner)! For more info, visit: https://www.shayndeladler.com/
