In this experiential workshop master teacher Ziva Moyal will lead us in guided meditations, chanting and teachings with discussion. We will learn how the 10 Sphirot embody the psychological and spiritual aspects of our soul and shape who we are. Open to begginers and those who would like to deepen their understanding of the subject.

Our study will be based on the writings of Arie Leib an contemporary kabbalist.
