Rabbi Diane will be offering these classes as a ‘lunch and learn’ - you bring your lunch (physical nourishment) and she will provide thoughtful texts and prompts for nourishment in the other three worlds (emotional, cognitive, spiritual). 

We will continue to delve into our NK theme for the year 5786 - Mayim Chayim: Practices for Spiritual Renewal. Over the course of the series, participants will be encouraged to try on new practices and ways of expressing ourselves in prayer – and to explore how to authentically wrestle with sacred texts and theological ideas – in ways that allow us to hold complexity and generate a sense of hope and possibility at the same time.
