This series is for members of CNK and those actively interested in exploring membership in our community.

Rabbi Diane will be offering these classes as a ‘lunch and learn’ - you bring your lunch (physical nourishment) and she will provide thoughtful texts and prompts for nourishment in the other 3 worlds (emotional, cognitive, spiritual). 

We will continue to delve into our NK theme for the year 5786 - Mayim Chayim: Practices for Spiritual Renewal. Over the course of the series, participants will be encouraged to "try on" new practices and ways of expressing ourselves in prayer – and to explore how to authentically wrestle with sacred texts and theological ideas – in ways that allow us to hold complexity and generate a sense of hope and possibility at the same time.
