We welcome the joy and prayer of Shabbat with special guest Reb Mark Novak. This Friday service will include an experience for all participants in BreakThrough Rooms, Minyan Oneg Shabbat's minhag (custom) for deepening relationships within the community and our relationship to Torah. Expect an experience that is both joyous and Torah-filled.

Reb Mark Novak - rabbi, hazzan, musician, storyteller, liturgist, composer, and avid Washington Nationals baseball fanatic - received smicha (ordination) from Reb Zalman tz'l and ALEPH in 2012 as rabbi and mashpia (spiritual director)
He is founder and spiritual guide of MInyan Oneg Shabbat (MOSh), Washington, DC's Jewish renewal presence. Kabbalat Shabbat with Reb Mark is sure to include moments of joy and contemplation. Together with his wife, storyteller Renee Brachfeld, Mark is co-founder of The MultiFaith Storytelling Institute.
