Join Jenna Zadaka on Shabbat Morning for Sacred Time Yoga.
We will weave together embodied postures and Torah teachings to absorb the wisdom and energy of the Hebrew months.
Jenna has taught Kabbalah and Jewish Mysticism from an embodied, feminine perspective for the last 15 years.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes for movement.
