In these gatherings, we explore ways of building our ability to stay in our core (or get back to it faster) in spite of all the outside stimulation that is coming to us these days.
We are using conversation, breathing and meditation practices as well as chanting. The first meeting has been powerful and uplifting and you're invited to join us for the rest of our meetings.
