In-person attendees are invited to bring mats, blankets, eye pillows, anything to make you relaxed and comfortable.

I invite you to join me for a deeply relaxing and restorative morning of embodied meditation.  This practice includes chanting, creating intention, relaxed breathing and guided visualizations which will create deeper clarity and balance in all parts of your being.  Feel renewed as you sink into this experiential journey and connect to your higher Self as you move out into Shabbat, your day and your life.   

The final 45 minutes of this practice is done lying down. Blankets, pillows, eye masks and mats can all be used to bring you into complete comfort and ease.
