Bring your hanukkiyot (menorahs), Hanukkah candles, yoga mat, blanket and pillow and treat yourself to glowing, sacred sound healing and prayer. This evening is devoted to resetting our nervous systems, calming our mind, body and spirit, and bringing warmth, light and intention during this dark time. We will light our Hanukkiyot together and then by the glow of candlelight, experience a sound bath of Hebrew chants of Hanukkah and Light flow in and out of the waves of Himalayan Singing bowls, lyre, flute and other healing instruments.
